MTSU Corlew & Jim Cummings Halls Murfreesboro TN

At seven stories, Corlew and Cummings Halls are the tallest buildings on the Middle Tennessee State University campus. Both towers play host to the Freshman First Year Experience learning communities and provide tutoring centers, computer labs, classrooms, and hall programming geared toward first year college students. These residence buildings feature study areas, kitchens, laundry rooms, and lounge spaces on each floor.  Dorm rooms are a mix of private, semi-private, and suite configurations.

McCallie Dining Hall, one of the primary cafeterias on the campus, occupies space on the main level of Corlew Hall, as does a 24 hour help desk.

The buildings were completely renovated within this project.  The facilities were brought into ADA compliance and the buildings' exterior windows and roofs were replaced.  GTG completed this project as a joint venture team member.
