Palmer Plaza is a 284,000 GSF, 18-story office tower located on Nashville’s premier West End Avenue. Sheathed in glass and granite, the building features an open 3-story lobby of marble, granite, brass, and wood and 15,970 SF of tenant space on each floor.

Building amenities include a rooftop fitness center with a sauna, running track, locker facilities, and sundeck, as well as energy efficient design elements such as a reflective glass curtain wall and a computerized energy management system.

The office space at Palmer Plaza is conveniently connected to a nine level, 700 space parking structure. The building is named after the company who was headquartered in the building, Alex S. Palmer & Company.
